I am an entrepreneurial executive with 20+ years of international experience in technology innovation in healthcare, consumer electronics, materials science and automotive industries, based in Germany, USA, France and Mexico. With a proven track record in global leadership in global Fortune 500 companies and as CEO of a start up, I am known as a change maker and problem solver, creating substantial value though new revenue streams, M&A and R&D optimization. 

I currently work with Bayer to support its mission of “Science for a better life”, focusing on digital technologies (such as new sensor technologies, advanced analytics, facial recognition, advanced biomarker tracking), outcome-based models, new services and engaging ways of patient interaction. 

My passion is to increase the quality of life for people by finding new ways to hack human performance. I love to lead and energize global teams from idea creation towards development and commercialization of innovative and sometimes disruptive products. Building strong collaborative relationships with external partners, small and large technology companies, innovators and entrepreneurs across many different cultures and languages has been key to my success. I am fluent in German, English and French.
